Why I built it
You did the work. The positioning was sharp, the pricing was right, the emails were good. It landed flat — so you rewrote the offer.
But the offer was rarely the variable. You launched in a week built for reviewing, not announcing. You signed on a day built for finishing. You pushed when the sensible move was to wait nine days.
I read the almanac, the numbers and my clients’ profiles by hand for years, because the difference it made to when we launched was too large to ignore. It worked. It also didn’t scale past my own calendar.

What Kairos does
Kairos keeps the three systems separate. You can see what each one is telling you, understand where the guidance comes from and decide what is useful for you.
When to move
The Tong Shu gives each day a Day Officer — a practical guide to what that day supports. An Open day may suit launching, a Success day may suit asking, a Close day may suit finishing and a Breaker day may suit protecting what is already in place. It helps you decide how to use the day.
What season you’re in
Numerology shows the season of life you’re currently moving through. Your Life Path is the longer pattern, while your Personal Year, Month and Day show where you are right now. The number keeps the same meaning at each level — only the timescale changes. This helps you understand what the current season is asking of you.
How you’re built to move
Wealth Dynamics shows how you naturally create value and move work forward. The same day will land differently for a Creator and an Accumulator: one may be ready to launch, while the other may need time to prepare. Your profile helps you work with the day in a way that suits you.

I’m a Business Architect and Wealth Dynamics consultant. For a long time, I checked the almanac, the numbers and my clients’ profiles myself, every morning. I kept seeing how much difference the timing made to a launch, a conversation or an offer.
It worked, but only as far as my own calendar. I also kept watching capable people change perfectly good offers because they had launched them at the wrong time. Or making decisions that were repetitive.

Questions
Good — you should be. Kairos doesn’t ask you to believe anything. Use it as a sequencing discipline: it gives you a defensible reason not to launch in the first available week, and a structure for deciding when instead. Plenty of people treat it as a decision framework that happens to have four thousand years of pattern behind it. That’s a completely reasonable way to use it.
No, and you never will. Every technical term arrives already translated into a business instruction. If you ever need to know what a Day Officer is to use the screen in front of you, we’ve failed. The depth is there if you want it — one tap away — but nothing is hidden behind knowledge you have to acquire first.
No. Horoscopes predict what will happen to you. Kairos tells you when the timing supports a decision you’ve already made, and says plainly when it doesn’t know. It never predicts outcomes, never advises on health, legal or financial matters, and never blends its systems into one unarguable pronouncement.
Not to read your day. Every reading is calculated — astronomical positions and traditional rules, the same arithmetic every time, with no model in the loop. AI helped draft some of the written explanations, which I reviewed before they went in. No AI system sees your data or generates anything in response to it.
It’s kept in your own browser. Because each page is built on our server, your browser sends it there with every request — we use it to work out that day’s reading and then discard it. It’s never written to a database, never retained, never shared, and never sent to an AI provider. Clearing your browser cookies removes it, which also means we can’t recover it for you.
No. Your birth date alone gives your animal, your Life Path, your Personal Year and three of your four pillars. Birth time adds the hour pillar, which sharpens your profile — it’s optional, and everything works without it.
Start without it. The daily reading, the month and the questions all work from your birth date. Your profile adds a layer on top — it’s what turns “this is a strong day” into “this is a strong day for someone built like you”. Add it any time and everything recalculates.
